This Customer Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information relating to potential and existing customers of GEZE UK Ltd by the company and its international affiliates (collectively GEZE GmbH).
GEZE is committed to abiding by this Customer Privacy Policy, as well as the requirements of applicable laws, in the operation of its business. Please read this policy carefully as it explains the kinds of personal information we collect about you and how it is handled.

At GEZE we have always put customers at the forefront of our business and our new Customer Service Charter sets out that commitment with the minimum standards customers can expect.
The Customer Service Charter has been written by GEZE UK staff and agreed throughout the company at all levels. So it is a very real document supported with company wide standards and procedures designed to ensure we continually monitor our performance and make improvements to offer the very best standards in customer service.

Both GEZE UK’s employers’ liability insurance and public/product liability insurance are provided by well-established and reputable companies, being Zurich Insurance and AIG respectively.

The company acknowledges its responsibility under the Health & Safety at Work Act and recognises our duty of care and undertake to maintain safe systems of work and operates a Work Safe Policy (or Refusal to Work Policy) for all of our staff and sub-contractors working at all of our regional offices and client sites.
